Last Updated: October 1, 2026

Welcome to State to State Connect. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the State to State Connect website, services, content, forms, resources, and agent referral services.

By accessing or using this website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use the website or services.

1. About State to State Connect

State to State Connect is a residential real estate referral and agent-connection service designed to help consumers relocating within the United States connect with qualified real estate professionals in their destination or current market.

Our goal is simple:

One connection. The right agent. Anywhere.

State to State Connect may provide relocation information, market information, educational resources, community information, and introductions to real estate professionals.

2. Real Estate Referral Service

When you request an agent connection, State to State Connect may use the information you provide to identify and introduce you to a real estate professional who serves the applicable geographic market.

Agents and brokerages participating in our referral network are independent real estate professionals and are not employees of State to State Connect unless expressly stated otherwise.

Submitting a referral request does not obligate you to work with the agent or brokerage to whom you are introduced. You remain free to select any real estate professional you choose.

3. Referral Compensation

State to State Connect and/or an affiliated licensed real estate brokerage may receive compensation through a broker-to-broker referral agreement when a referred consumer completes a qualifying real estate transaction.

Referral compensation is generally paid by the receiving real estate brokerage from compensation earned in connection with the completed transaction, subject to applicable federal and state laws, brokerage agreements, and licensing requirements.

Unless expressly disclosed otherwise, consumers are not charged a separate fee by State to State Connect merely for requesting an agent connection.

Referral compensation does not guarantee that a particular agent will be selected, recommended, or available.

4. No Guarantee of Agent Performance

State to State Connect attempts to connect consumers with real estate professionals based on factors that may include geographic coverage, experience, availability, transaction type, market knowledge, communication style, and other relevant considerations.

However, State to State Connect does not guarantee:

  • the performance of any referred agent or brokerage;
  • that any agent will be available;
  • that a consumer and agent will be compatible;
  • the successful purchase or sale of any property;
  • the price at which a property will be purchased or sold;
  • the accuracy of an agent’s advice or representations; or
  • any particular real estate outcome.

Consumers are responsible for independently determining whether a real estate professional is appropriate for their needs.

5. No Brokerage Relationship Created by Website Use

Merely visiting this website, submitting an inquiry, requesting information, or requesting an agent connection does not by itself create an agency, brokerage, fiduciary, or client relationship between you and State to State Connect or any affiliated brokerage.

Any brokerage relationship must be established separately in accordance with applicable state law and any required written agreements.

6. Informational Content

State to State Connect may provide information about cities and communities, neighborhoods, real estate markets, housing trends, schools and educational resources, recreation, restaurants, transportation, lifestyle, relocation considerations, home buying and selling, and other local information.
